Mission
It has been my great fortune to have been taught by, worked and filmed with, an incredible array of amazing people over my lifetime so far.
I have also been lucky enough to travel all over the globe working and filming in some of the worlds most amazing environments.
I have seen how human kind has impacted our planet and these ecosystems.
It is my mission and gives me great pleasure to share and pass on some of what I have learnt, my experiences (both positive and negative) and how I feel we can move forwards and safeguard not only our future but the future of all living things on our amazing and wonderful planet.
Vision
It is my hope that I can inspire as many people as possible to care for and add their voice of concern and love for the worlds natural environment.
So that collectively, as a whole, we can provide a voice for the voiceless and ensure their desire, to live and thrive upon this planet, through symbiosis rather than conflict with the human population, is possible.
PresentationTestimonials
'Svendborg Rotary Club had the great pleasure of hearing and watching Simon Enderby's fantastically beautiful and instructive presentation on "Conservation through Wildlife Filmmaking".
It is clear that Simon's great commitment and passion is to share his love, for nature and conservation, clearly and enthusiastically with everyone. Our members thoroughly enjoyed a very entertaining evening and left with much food for thought.
I highly recommend Simons presentation to everyone.'

One way to inspire young people is to give them role models …. but you have the find the right role model!
I have known Simon for many years and felt that he would be a wonderful speaker, for our older students particularly, as they start to imagine what kind of careers they might be suited to. I wanted to extend their horizons and include examples of people working in areas that they might not have immediately thought of.
Over the years, Simon gave hugely interesting and fascinating presentations here at school about the work that he does. The students [and staff] were totally enthralled as Simon described the wonderful underwater world that he is such an expert in [and there were some gasps at the one or two near misses that also came his way!].
Simon is a wonderful person; he is kind, thoughtful, understanding and responsive, and he has a great sense of humour [so important!].
There is no doubt in my mind that any school will not find a better person to inspire their students, as Simon Enderby has done for many young people in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

“Simon Enderby gave a lecture at our school for 8, 9, 10 class as well as 1 and 2 HF about his life as an underwater cameraman.
It was a very successful event, where Simon managed to hold the students' full attention and interest for more than an hour. The presentation was a firework of pictures and small movies, entertaining and very impressive accompanied by personal stories related to what was seen.
There is no doubt that Simon is one of the world's best and most experienced underwater photographers.

Simon reviewed messages about plastic pollution and reviewed them so the students could relate to them.

I noticed that the male students in particular, were very impressed by the lecture. After the lecture, there was a group of boys around Simon who wanted to ask and hear more.

You had the feeling of having seen, heard and experienced something very special after the lecture.

I highly recommend getting Simon out and talking about his life as an underwater camerman and the general nature of following your dreams and not just a regular job.”
